Therefore, to assure that administration details also are done decently and in order, please have your registrations in (or at least post marked) by November 1st. This still gives you ample time to prepare. Any registrations sent in, brought in, or post marked November 2nd (or later) will need to add $10.00 to cover the extra administrative costs.
